We currently deliver across India, covering all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes through our trusted logistics partners.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

📦 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer depending on the logistics network.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as location, availability, weather conditions, or festive surges.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499

  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated at checkout

  • Additional charges may apply for bulk or oversized items (will be clearly communicated)

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime under “My Orders” in your Prorife account.

🚫 Delivery Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely deliveries, certain situations may lead to delays:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Natural calamities or unforeseen disruptions

  • Delay from the courier company

In such cases, our team will keep you informed and assist you every step of the way.

📬 Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged upon request.
