🔁 Returns

We accept return requests within 5 days of order delivery, subject to the conditions below:

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Damaged or defective item on arrival
  • Item significantly different from description

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or in used condition
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

📦 Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include all original tags, accessories, and packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
  • Returns must be approved by our support team before shipping

Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

🔄 Replacements & Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
